Our story began in 2015, when we recognised the extraordinary potential of Western Sicily — a destination rich in beauty, culture and authenticity, yet often underserved in terms of high-quality villa rentals. What started as a personal project soon became a clear vision: to create a seamless villa experience that goes far beyond accommodation.
Over the years, Shades of Sicily has evolved into a boutique villa management brand, exclusively focused on holiday homes with private swimming pools. We intentionally manage a limited number of properties, selecting only independent villas with private pool that meet our standards of location, privacy, design and comfort — ensuring quality, consistency and a truly refined experience.

With a background in architecture, visual design, technology and hospitality, Fabrizio combines creative vision with professional property management for villas with private pool in Sicily.
After years working in visualisation and design across Europe, he returned to Sicily with the idea of elevating the villa experience — combining premium service, aesthetic detail, and reliable on-the-ground assistance for travellers and owners alike.
Today, Fabrizio personally oversees villa operations, guest experience, photography, and property integration across our villa rental portfolio in Sicily, ensuring that every villa meets high standards and every guest feels fully supported from booking to check-out.
