Villa Armonia is a modern residence with refined character, a luxury villa in Sicily with private pool designed to offer comfort, privacy and serenity, immersed in the natural beauty of the island. It is part of an elegant complex of three terraced villas, each featuring a private pool and reserved outdoor areas. With 150 square meters arranged over two levels, this spacious holiday home to rent accommodates up to 6 guests. Ideal for a large group of friends or a big family, it offers both privacy and the pleasure of spending time together during a memorable villa holiday.

Outside, the villa rental features two spacious panoramic verandas. The first, located next to the private swimming pool, offers breathtaking 180-degree views over the Mediterranean coast. Elegant sun loungers and an outdoor shower complete the pool area. The second shaded veranda, furnished with a dining table, a cozy lounge area and a gas BBQ, is perfect for al fresco dinners and convivial moments overlooking the sea.

The carefully maintained garden, enriched with olive trees and native plants, surrounds the villa with a warm Mediterranean atmosphere. A practical laundry area adds further convenience. Every outdoor space is designed to ensure privacy, comfort and harmony with nature — qualities sought after in villas to rent with private pool.

Inside, the villa opens onto a bright living room and kitchen that combine elegance and functionality. The fully equipped kitchen with central island and breakfast corner is ideal for relaxed mornings, while the dining table and comfortable sofa with TV create a welcoming space for gathering.

The sleeping area includes two air-conditioned double bedrooms on the ground floor, both featuring modern design and private bathrooms, ideal for comfort during villa holidays. A service bathroom located near the living area adds further practicality.

The first floor, accessible via an external staircase, hosts an exclusive double suite occupying the entire level. This private retreat features a bathroom and a panoramic terrace and offers breathtaking sea views. The hot tub on the terrace provides a relaxing experience, perfect for admiring the stunning sunsets while embraced by the sea breeze.

During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a comfortable and completely private experience.

IMPORTANT: The master suite on the first floor is accessible ONLY via an external staircase. There is no internal connection to the ground floor.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.

You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside or a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.

For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.

To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.

Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).

Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.

Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.

The villa is nestled in a peaceful countryside setting, just 4 km from the charming town of Balestrate, which offers essential amenities such as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and pharmacies. It’s only 3.7 km (a 6-minute drive) from Lido Spiaggia di Balestrate, where visitors can choose between a free public beach or a private equipped area. The stunning Castellammare del Golfo is just 12 km away, offering even more to explore.

The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.

To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.

Outside the villa, just beyond the gate, you’ll find a spacious parking area with enough room to accommodate up to three large vehicles.
